We stock 235 diesel trucks right now across our three Texas dealerships: Power Stroke, Cummins and Duramax, in single rear wheel and dually configurations, stock and lifted. Diesel is not a corner of our inventory, it is most of it, and that is the difference between picking from three trucks and picking from a couple hundred. Every truck below is in stock today in Dallas, Austin or Houston, priced with no hidden dealer fees and no haggling.
Ford Power Stroke: the 6.7L in the F-250, F-350 and F-450 is the engine most of our lifted builds start with. Strong factory towing numbers, the widest aftermarket support of the three, and the newest trucks on our lot tend to be Fords.
Ram Cummins: the 6.7L inline-six is the long-haul favorite and the one buyers ask for by name. Simpler architecture, famously long-lived, and 2500 and 3500 Cummins trucks hold value harder than almost anything else we sell.
Chevrolet and GMC Duramax: the 6.6L paired with the Allison transmission is the smoothest-driving of the three and usually the best value per mile on the used market. Silverado and Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD.
If you are cross-shopping engines, come drive them back to back. We usually have all three families on one lot, which is the fastest way to settle the argument.
A large share of our diesel inventory is lifted, and most of that work is done in-house rather than bought at auction. That means we can tell you exactly what kit is on the truck, what tire and wheel package it is running, and whether the alignment and calibration were done after the lift, the things that decide whether a lifted truck drives well at 75 mph or fights you the whole way.
If a lift is the point rather than a bonus, start at lifted trucks for sale or look at our custom builds, where we spec a truck to order.
We keep 49 dual rear wheel trucks in stock: F-350 and F-450 duallies, Ram 3500s and 3500HDs. If you are pulling a fifth wheel or a gooseneck near the top of its rating, the dually is the honest answer, and payload is usually what runs out before towing capacity does.
Full lineup and the payload-versus-comfort tradeoff: dually trucks for sale.
Emissions hardware. Ask whether the DPF, EGR and DEF systems are intact and functioning. We do not sell deleted trucks, and a deleted truck is a failed inspection and a warranty problem waiting to happen.
Service history on the expensive parts. Injectors, high-pressure fuel pump, turbo. On a diesel these are the four-figure repairs, and a documented history is worth more than a low odometer reading.
Mileage in context. A well-maintained diesel at 150,000 miles can have more life left than a neglected gas truck at 80,000. Judge the maintenance record, not just the number.
How you actually tow. Bring your trailer weight and tongue or pin weight and we will match a truck to it instead of selling you more truck than you need.
