Mr. Ray Wright was exceptional to work with. We drove in from Louisiana to look at a truck and everything was exactly as described. My experience at this dealership was fantastic! I contacted the dealership through a third party website and Javier promptly made contact. What I liked is that he was not pushy and very accommodating (he even sent me other options to review over night). We drove an hour to the dealership and the vehicle I came to see did not work out for me (preferences nothing else). Javier was patient and let me drive several other vehicles until I found the one that best suited me and my budget. Finance was fast and painless and I am leaving as a happy customer. We knew we wanted a clean southern truck to start our family business and thankfully we found just that here.. Javier has made the truck purchasing process soo EASY! All the way in Connecticut with photos, videos and FaceTime calls all day long we made a purchase over the phone!!! No pressure and not pushy at all.. his professionalism and patience was greatly appreciated and James the finance manager also.
